OUR TRAINING METHODOLOGY
Our reality-based training methodology is built around the progressive nature of skill mastery and incorporates the psychology of human performance. All our programs implement a crawl, walk, run training strategy. The student begins with learning the skill in a static and dynamic form, consisting of sets of repetitive motions to improve ability and develop muscle memory. We crawl. From there, we progress to low-level scenarios that provide an opportunity to demonstrate skill but also include an emotional component necessary to blend theory, practical application, and justification. We walk. We complete the process with high-level scenarios to test judgment, speed, and precision under stressful conditions presented within a specific context. We run. This training methodology is what we call Training to Perform Under Pressure.
