When a Mayday is transmitted either by an individual, a company, or yourself, the game becomes personal. This program, utilizing "Project Maydays" statistics, dives into the self-survival and Rapid Intervention Team techniques for mitigating issues associated with the fire ground. We will discuss the mental aspect of dealing with these issues and giving the keys to "winning" in these situations. We do not have the option to lose when it's one of our own to save. Members will participate in breakout sessions utilizing the "Reality-Based Training Philosophy. The final day of class will be High-Level and Complex Scenarios, allowing students to learn themselves during our confidence course and a Rapid Intervention Team operation.
